Return Policy

We offer refunds and exchanges only for the following reasons.

- Damaged product upon delivery

- If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, you are eligible for a refund

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery confirmation, we will inspect the product once returned and offer refunds or exchanges accordingly. All shipping costs for returns are to be paid for by customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

NOTE: We will never under any circumstance issue refunds for custom made shirts due to the nature of custom made shirts, nor will we offer refunds for delayed deliveries before our guarantee of 40 days.

Delivery

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 5 business days for order processing from the time your order is received. Once processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as shipping location and carrier delays. Our estimated delivery window is 14-21 business days from the date your order is processed.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays or customs processing times. Additionally, any customs fees or duties incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Care Instructions
